At Insite we offer a variety of management services that deliver a cost-effective, yet comprehensive solution to fit companies’ individual compliance needs – needs that go beyond auditing alone.
At Insite we recognize that compliance, though an important business activity is often beyond the scope of many companies' existing resources. With this in mind we provide our clients with the internal expertise and off-shore support needed to effectively respond to the evolving field of social compliance at every stage of the compliance curve. Through our program management offerings we are able to help clients better align their compliance efforts with an industry-wide approach, develop and manage enhanced programs for their key suppliers, as well as manage small to large scale vendor and licensees programs.
Program Management
Companies can transfer a segment of – or entirely outsource - the management of their program to Insite's experienced compliance managers. Our dedicated team's scope of work is defined by your company's unique requirements; requirements that can extend beyond basic account management. From providing administrative support to advising business and budgetary decisions, we will become an extension of your program to the level that meets your specialized needs.
Vendor & Licensee Program Management
Managing a vendor & licensee compliance program can be a costly and time-consuming activity that often draws heavily upon a company's internal resources. The Insite management team has the knowledge, experience and resources needed to streamline this process, making it a successful cost and time efficient enterprise. Insite can support your company in managing an existing brand driven vendor program, or collaborate in building a sustainable vendor driven program.
-- Brand Driven Vendor Programs
Brand driven vendor programs are developed to fit the corporate responsibility initiatives of an individual brand. The brand sets the standards and terms of engagement and holds its business partners (e.g. vendors & licensees) responsible for conducting their business activities according to the expectations of the brand. Insite works with brands to provide a factory registration process, perform vendor performance analysis, and manage audit cycles and results.
-- Vendor Driven Programs
Partnering with Insite is one way in which vendors & licensees can meet brand expectations; expectations that vendors & licensees take responsibility for the compliance status of their suppliers. As your compliance partner, Insite acts on your behalf, ensuring not only that you are meeting the requirements of a given brand, but that your program is robust enough to meet the expectations of multiple brands. Insite provides the following services directly to vendors and their suppliers to assist them in developing their own social compliance programs.
Brand Collaboration Management
Brands collaborating in their social compliance efforts are one of the key steps in the advancement of impactful, results-driven compliance. Brand collaboration reduces costs and time on brands and suppliers which frees up resources, thereby enabling brands to engage in more meaningful enhancement projects. Insite can manage all or a portion of the brand collaboration process, from the initial strategic development to identifying, partnering with, and facilitating the working relationship between companies, which includes aligning companies’ compliance initiatives and managing the execution of the collaborative assessments and/or audits. A contractual management fee is applied for services rendered which can include but are not limited to: initial development, program management per participating company, or remediation management (such as assessment and/or audit execution, report alignment and disbursement).
Corporate Seminars
Our goal is to deliver the ‘what, why and how’ solutions to key influential parties within the company. Our seminars address how the decisions your employees make in their jobs on a day-to-day basis can impact the success of the company’s compliance program, as well as providing tools for reducing departmental silos that prevent socially responsible objectives from influencing other business goals.
