Insite can perform trainings and seminars on behalf of clients, vendors, licensees, agents, or factories thereof. The Insite management team has years of industry experience conducting these trainings on a range of topics. These can include instructional sessions to ensure vendors/ licensees / agents / factories understanding of a company’s core values, driving the cross-organizational commitments of your company’s compliance goals, and introducing tools for streamlining communications within your supply chain so compliance objectives can support and influence overall business goals. These are charged on a per session basis at a rate negotiated with the requesting company.

Productivity Programs
These programs help to identify initiatives that focus on improving factory operations, which in turn lead to improved working conditions. Productivity programs are charged on a per program basis at a fee negotiated with the requesting company.

Worker Trainings
Empowering workers through labor rights, health, and life skills trainings is one of the most effective ways to enhance workers' lives. Through Insite's network of labor experts, auditor organizations and/or NGO groups, factory compliance objectives are supported via worker trainings. These are also charged on a per session basis at a rate negotiated with the requesting company.
