Led by Carolyn Duffy, the former founding director of a global assessment firm’s SA division, the Insite management team has over 15 years combined experience in social compliance with a successful track record of managing compliance programs for major brands and retailers, including Fortune 500 companies.

Insite Compliance Services is a majority women-owned company.

Modern Testing Services is a global independent provider of technical services to the retail, vendor and manufacturing communities of consumer products.

MTS is privately held by Mr. Byung Won Park, the co-founder of Merchandise Testing Laboratories, Inc. which was formed in 1986 and sold to Bureau Veritas in 2002. MTS currently has 18 locations in 15 countries with a strong presence in the Far East and Europe.
