ADVISORY SERVICES

Our advisory services encompass the full development or enhancement of your compliance program, a review of sourcing regions for known risks, suppliers & workers training or the implementation of strategic projects.

STRATEGIC PROJECTS

Insite has the knowledge, experience, and resources needed to manage the complexities that arise from auditing your supply chain.

Labor and human rights issues that arise throughout the supply chain vary greatly depending on the type of issue, the industry involved and where along the supply chain they are found, among other factors. To address issues that fall outside the typical scope of a social compliance program, Insite works with its clients and their suppliers to develop and execute strategic projects.

TRAINING

We are dedicated to helping our clients and their supply chain partners respond to the rapidly evolving field of social compliance.

We encourage open and transparent communication throughout the global supply chain and support this goal through a host of training programs at the corporate and factory level.

PROGRAM DEVELOPMENT VENDORS

We strongly believe in vendors and suppliers developing, implementing and taking ownership of their own social compliance programs.

At Insite we assist vendors and suppliers in developing social compliance programs that meet the expectations of multiple brands and retailers. This helps differentiate them from their competitors, while also reducing costs.

RISK ASSESSMENTS

Our risk assessments help you determine the most effective approaches to identifying, mitigating and managing risks in your global supply chain. With new risk factors emerging every day, you need a global partner with the background and depth of knowledge to keep you one step ahead.

Through our risk assessments, we evaluate the risks and vulnerabilities of your supply chain and make recommendations for managing those risks, which may include a recommendation to not allow the sourcing from or placement of production orders in a given country or region.  Some of the factors we consider when evaluating for risk include country of operation, known regional reliance on foreign migrant workers, a high percentage of family-derived debt bondage, historically hazardous industries, and lax governmental oversight or political instability.
