RISK ASSESSMENTS

Our risk assessments help you determine the most effective approaches to identifying, mitigating and managing risks in your global supply chain. With new risk factors emerging every day, you need a global partner with the background and depth of knowledge to keep you one step ahead.

Through our risk assessments, we evaluate the risks and vulnerabilities of your supply chain and make recommendations for managing those risks, which may include a recommendation to not allow the sourcing from or placement of production orders in a given country or region.  Some of the factors we consider when evaluating for risk include country of operation, known regional reliance on foreign migrant workers, a high percentage of family-derived debt bondage, historically hazardous industries, and lax governmental oversight or political instability.
